We enforce a strict privacy policy which is available by clicking here. The terms of our Privacy Policy form part of these Terms and you agree to be bound by them.


From time to time, we will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions (Competitions) on our Website. London Mothers Club Ltd of 56 Hunsptill Street, London SW17 0AA, will be the promoter of Competitions unless otherwise stated. These terms apply to all Competitions unless otherwise stated. Competitions may be subject to additional terms. Those will be made available at the time at the bottom of this page.  

By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition, unless otherwise stated.

We will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, misdirected or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of entry is not proof of receipt.

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:
• our employees and their family members; and
• the employees, or agents or suppliers of the companies or organisations with whom the Competition is being run and who are professionally connected with the Competition and their family members.

In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to prove proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

Only one entry per person. We will not accept Competition entries that are automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk.

You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending us your Competition entry.

We reserve all rights to disqualify you if you conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition or if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms.

Competition entries cannot be returned.

The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for the Competition. The winner(s) will be chosen from a random draw of entries.

Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Once selected, only the winner(s) will be contacted by email using the email address provided upon entry.

Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. Winners will have five days to respond in full or another winner will be selected. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

The names of the winner(s) will be available within 21 days of the closing of the competition by sending a stamped envelope to London Mothers Club Ltd, 56 Hunsptill Street, SW17 0AA, indicating the name of the Competition.

Insofar as permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of London Mothers Club Ltd, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

By submitting an entry and any accompanying material, you grant to London Mothers Club Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide and non-exclusive licence to use, alter, adapt or sub-license to third parties rights in the entry and accompanying materials.

By submitting an entry and any accompanying material to us, you confirm that images and others submissions are original works, are not defamatory and do not infringe third party rights; there are no conflicting agreements in place that restrict the usage of these submissions; you have content to use any third party image in the entry and rights have been waved for that use; if a third party image is of a person under 18, parental or guardant consent has been provided; and, you will provide London Mothers Club Ltd with evidence of any required consents at our request or risk being disqualified from the competition.

If you are the winner of the Competition, you agree that London Mothers Club Ltd may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by London Mothers Club Ltd.

By entering the Competition, you consent to the use of your personal data by London Mothers Club Ltd or its agents for the purpose of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

These terms shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms do not create any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which are enforceable by any person who is either not a party to them or who is not a provider of the relevant goods and/or services.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties, and the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

No delay in exercising or non-exercise by us of any provision in these Terms shall operate as a waiver or release of that provision or any other provision. Rather, any such waiver or release must be specifically granted in writing signed by us.


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the Policy) sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access and contribute to our Services. This Policy applies to all users of and visitors to our site.

be likely to harass, upset, embarrass alarm or annoy any other person;
be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; or
advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our site in the following ways:
in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm children or vulnerable people in any way;

to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation (known as spam); or

At such time as we become aware of a breach or possible breach of this policy then we will determine at our discretion whether such a breach has taken place through your use of our Services. If we determine that a breach of this Policy has occurred then we, at our sole discretion, may take such action as we deem appropriate, which may include any or all of the following actions:
